Kitchen & Bath Remodeling in Leander, TX
You don't always need to gut a room to love it again. A lot of my remodels are a smart refresh: new cabinet fronts, a fresh counter, tile that isn't from 1994, better light. Done in days, not months. When you do want the full remodel, I handle it start to finish and keep the site clean while your family still lives there.
I'm a handyman-scale remodeler, which is the point: you get one person you trust start to finish, a flat price you agreed to, and a room that's done when I said it would be.

How I go about it
- Walk it and agree the scope
I look at the whole room, ask what is actually bothering you, and write down what is in and what is out before anything is priced.
- Sequence it properly
Water first, then anything that opens a wall, then finishes, then floors. Out of order means paying to do the same work twice.
- Protect the rest of the house
Floors covered, dust controlled, and the parts of the house you still have to live in kept usable.
- Tell you the moment something changes
Opening a wall sometimes shows you why the problem happened. You get a call before I carry on, not a bigger invoice at the end.
- Finish the details
Trim, caulk, touch-ups and the snag list walked together before I leave.

I look at the job, then put the scope and the price in writing before anything starts. What is written down is what I will do and what it will cost, so there is no conversation at the end about what was and was not included. About kitchen & bath remodeling
Do you do full gut remodels or just refreshes?
Both. I'm honest about which one you actually need. Plenty of kitchens just need doors, counters, paint and light. I'll tell you where your money makes the biggest difference.
Will I be without a kitchen or bathroom for weeks?
I plan the sequence to keep your downtime short and tell you up front which days the room is out of service. For bathrooms, I try to keep at least one usable the whole time.
Do you pull permits?
When the work requires it, yes. I'll tell you at the estimate whether your job needs one and who pulls it, and I'll never ask you to skip a permit to save a buck.
