What I do with your details.
Short version: I use them to quote your job and to get back to you. Nothing else, and I don't sell or share them.
What the form collects
The estimate form asks for your name, a phone number, optionally an email address, your town, what you need doing, and any photographs you choose to attach. That is all of it.
What happens to it
It is emailed straight to me at [email protected] and I reply to it myself. It is not added to a mailing list, not passed to a lead-generation company, not sold, and not shared with anyone else — the only exception being if I ever needed a supplier to price a specific material for your job, and then it would only be the detail of the job, never your contact details.
Photographs
Photographs you send are used to quote your work. If I ever wanted to show one as an example of a finished job on this site, I would ask you first. I have never published a customer's photo without asking and I am not going to start.
How long I keep it
Enquiries stay in my email while the job is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that if you call back about the same work I still have the history. Ask me to delete yours and I will.
This website
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. It is served through a security and delivery network, which sets its own cookie to tell real visitors from automated traffic and keeps basic, aggregate visit statistics. There is no advertising network on this site and no third-party tracking scripts.
