Good carpentry is the difference between a house and a home that feels looked-after. I hang and re-hang interior doors so they latch on the first push, run baseboard and crown with corners that actually meet, and build the shelves, benches and cubbies that make a room work.
It's the trade I started with, and it's still the one I'm proudest of. If it's made of wood and it's driving you a little crazy, it's probably a morning's work for me.

Can you match my existing trim profile?
Usually, yes. I'll pull a sample or photograph it and match the profile from a local supplier. If it's a discontinued profile, I'll show you the closest match before I buy anything.
Do you do custom built-ins?
I do — bookcases, window seats, mudroom benches, closet build-outs. I'll sketch it with you, give you a flat price, and build it on site or in the shop, whichever gives the cleaner result.
