Jarrell has grown fast, and a lot of it is new construction that's now a few years old, right when builder-grade fixtures start showing their age and settling cracks appear. I'm up I-35 regularly and glad to make the drive.
On the acreage places, I handle the outbuilding, fence and gate, and shop projects that come with a little more land.
Jarrell is twenty-five minutes up I-35 from me, which is far enough that I plan it rather than drop in. One visit with the whole list beats three short trips, and I'll say so if what you've described doesn't justify the drive yet. The clay out here moves like it does everywhere else in Central Texas, so the cracks and the doors that stopped latching are usually the house settling rather than the house failing.
