The honey-do list, handled: sticking doors, caulking, mounting, weatherproofing, small fixes and seasonal upkeep — one dependable handyman for all of it.

Every photograph on this site is a job of mine.
Most homes have a running list — the door that sticks, the caulk that's gone, the TV that needs mounting, the towel bar that pulled out of the wall. Instead of chasing four different specialists, hand the whole list to one handyman who shows up when he says he will and knocks it out in a visit.
This is the bread-and-butter that keeps folks like Bruce Jones calling me back: no job too small, no attitude about it, and a fair price for an honest hour's work.
I look at the job, then put the scope and the price in writing before anything starts. The quote is free, you pay nothing to get one, and if I find something unexpected behind the wall you hear about it before I carry on.
Common questions
No. Honestly, the small list is my favorite — it's how most of my regulars started. Bundle a few things into one visit and you get the most value out of the trip.
Quotes are free. For a defined list I'll give you a not-to-exceed price up front, so there's no surprise at the end.
