Send me everything, including the things you think are too small to mention. Grouping them into one visit is almost always better value than five separate calls.
- Order it sensibly
Water first, then anything structural, patch and texture before paint, floors last.
- Bring the right parts
A photo of a model number ahead of time is often the difference between finishing today and coming back.
- Work through it in one visit
Most lists are a morning or a day. I would rather clear yours in one trip than nibble at it.
- Leave it clean
Tools out, dust controlled, and we walk the finished work together before I go.

Is any job too small?
No. Honestly, the small list is my favorite. It's how most of my regulars started. Bundle a few things into one visit and you get the most value out of the trip.
How do you price a list of small jobs?
I'd rather see the whole list than price it piecemeal. Grouping it into one visit is almost always better value than five separate call-outs, and for a defined list I'll give you a not-to-exceed number up front, so there's no surprise at the end.
