Bertram is about thirty minutes west, so the same rule applies as anywhere at the edge of my run: it's worth both our time when there's a real list rather than one small thing. Acreage work tends to come that way anyway. A gate that has dropped, a porch that needs rebuilding and a shop door that never shut right are one trip, not three.
