About roofing & siding
Can you find where my roof is leaking?
Yes — leak tracing is half the job. Water travels, so the stain on your ceiling is rarely under the actual hole. I'll find the source, stop it, and show you photos of what I found.
Do you do full roof replacements?
I stick to repairs and storm patch-ups. A full tear-off should be done by a licensed, insured roofer, and I'll happily refer you to one I trust instead of stretching past what I do well.
Can you help with a storm-damage insurance claim?
I'll take clear before photos and give you an itemized repair estimate you can hand to your adjuster. I don't file the claim for you, but I make your side of it easy.
