Drywall Install & Repair
Holes, cracks, water damage, texture matching and full drywall hang and finish: feathered, sanded, and painted so the repair disappears.

Newer subdivisions east of Round Rock. Mostly builder snags and finishing off.
Hutto has grown enormously and most of what I see there is recent construction now a few years old. That is a predictable list: settling cracks around door and window openings, texture that was never quite matched where a repair was already attempted, doors that stopped latching once the framing dried, and trim that has opened at the corners.
The other half is finishing what the builder left plain: accent walls, built-ins, shelving, and the shade and storage that a new-build back yard does not come with.
Hutto is at the outer edge of my normal run, so I plan work there deliberately: one visit with a proper list beats three short trips, and I will tell you honestly if what you need is not worth the drive for either of us.
I look at the job, then put the scope and the price in writing before anything starts. What is written down is what I will do and what it will cost, so there is no conversation at the end about what was and was not included. If I find something unexpected behind the wall you hear about it before I carry on, not after.
Rather talk first? Every way to reach me, including text.

Questions
It is the edge of my normal area, not outside it. For a decent list or a project worth a day on site, gladly. For a single fifteen-minute job I will say so and suggest you find someone closer. That is a straighter answer than quoting you a drive.
Almost certainly. Houses move most in their first years, and around here the clay soil makes that more pronounced. Hairline cracks from the corners of openings are the house settling, not a fault. I will tell you if I see one that is something else.
Send a few photos and I'll tell you what it takes, in writing, before anything starts. I work across Leander, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Round Rock and the towns nearby.
